The Fitzwilliam Museum's exhibition Beggarstaffs: William Nicholson and James Pryde runs from 7 May to 4 August. It promises to explore for the first time the fascinating way in which the two artists influenced each other and how their shared love of striking subject matter worked on their very different temperaments to inspire two remarkable artistic careers.
